For people with Xenon, Roush, or any of the hoodsoops held on by 3M tape...

Do you get water stuck under the hoodscoop after a car wash? Is this normal or the 3M isnt applied well enough?

I have to press on the scoop everytime I wash the car to get the water out and it looks like im giving the car CPR

I know this is off topic, but what kind of rear fascia do you have on your car, it looks good.

Do you have a gas or electric blower? My neighbor down the street dries his car with his yard blower.

I have a Roush Hood Scoop and it is Bolted on and tape. I have not had any problems with anything other then a small amount of dripage after wash. A few drops roll out when I take off after a wash. No big deal

PS

After you give the compresions what part do you Blow on LOL

yeah my xenon scoop does the same thing.... it sucks having to wipe off the hood two or three times after the water runs out

project85 where'd you get the black vinyl for the hood scoop? or did you paint yours black to look functional.

I went to autozone and got the windshield lettering kit and just used the strip of black vinyl to cut the mock vents out

Stuck on the xenon scoop since without any problems
