Short Tube or Long Tube - 3/12/2008 2:29:35 PM    cam2904   Posts: 975 Joined: 1/7/2006 Status: offline I am seeing that they are strating to make alot more parts for our cars now. The question I have is if you were going FI (Supercharger/Turbo) do you have to have a certain size header. I know on turbos its recommended stock exhaust manifolds or aftermarket shorties. What about S/C? Kook's has a longtube kit tht comes with the headers themselves high flow cats and a bigger diameter y-pipe. but i believe u have to call them to order it, cuz they are only doing them on a case by case basis right now until they can see tht people really want them. _____________________________ '05 MO-Stang!! RE: Short Tube or Long Tube - 4/16/2008 3:41:28 PM    moonstang   Posts: 178 Joined: 6/28/2006 Status: offline Since you want to know about headers with forced induction, it should be pointed out that you aren't going to be able to use lt's with most turbo setups.  I think the sts rear mount would most likely be the only exception.
