I am seeing that they are strating to make alot more parts for our cars now. The question I have is if you were going FI (Supercharger/Turbo) do you have to have a certain size header. I know on turbos its recommended stock exhaust manifolds or aftermarket shorties. What about S/C? Would it be shorties or could you run long tubes as well.

personally i would go with some longtubes. Kook's has a longtube kit tht comes with the headers themselves high flow cats and a bigger diameter y-pipe. but i believe u have to call them to order it, cuz they are only doing them on a case by case basis right now until they can see tht people really want them.

deff LTs. your car stock pretty much has shorties on it... id do a LT set up with a 2.5" cat back especially if you want to get blown or bottle

Since you want to know about headers with forced induction, it should be pointed out that you aren't going to be able to use lt's with most turbo setups.  I think the sts rear mount would most likely be the only exception.

For forced induction, my understanding is you will get better gains from lt's.
