Default Rims and Tires question

I am looking to get new rims and toss these old stock rims to the curb. I was thinking of 18 x 9" in the front and 18 x 10" in the rear. Has anyone does this combo and if you have how is it working out for you? If you have what would be the tire profile for these rims? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

With the rims sizes you listed the majority of people are running 285/40/18s out back and 255/45/18's out back IIRC. There are a few of us that like bigger meats in the back. I run the 255/45/18 in front and the 295/45/18 out back.

I was contemplating those sizes. But my car is my DD, and I have to make long road trips several times a year. I have pretty much decided to stay with even sizes for tire rotation.

Ya use my car for DD so I will probably go with 18 x 9 or 17 x 9 depending how much money I have. Thanks for the help.

I am running 18x9 all the way around, except I am running 40mm / 24mm staggered with 255/45/18 front and 285/40/18 rear. It works out well check out my pics to see how it looks.

Short version: They only had (2) 24mm and (2) 40mm rims available when I went to purchase mine. Since I was already going 255/45 and 285/40 they suggested I just do a true staggered fit so I did. I think it looks great. Gives it that old muscle car look.
