1st Annual Northern US/Canada MF Meet & Greet, Full Details!!

Let me begin by thanking wingman75, 08steeda, colby from CDC, and everyone else who gave infofor the help with getting this all planned out.

Now, onto the details.

When: June 7, 2008 - Noon - 6:00 (End time is tentative)

Where: Starting at Classic Design Concepts at Noon, cruising at 3pm to 08steeda's church (addresses below)

Who: Anyone is welcome, but we ask that any members who KNOW they are coming, please let us know, and if youre coming and bringing friends, let us know. It would be nice to have some rough number in advance, but even if you dont let us know, and you have free time on the 7th of June, stop in and meet some other MF'ers!!!

What: We wanted to keep this somewhat informal, so that people arent pressured to really do anything but come out and relax, and meet the people we spend so much time talking to on MustangForums. Once we cruise to the church lot, the youth group will have a concession stand set up.

Hello Everyone,

Update - The Church has graciously approved everything so we are officially set with the Meet and Greet directly after the CDC visit.

MustangForums â€“ 1st Annual Meet and Greet
Date: Saturday June 7th, 2008
Time: 3 â€“ 6 PM (or Later)
Location:
Christ the King Lutheran Church â€“ Pennsylvania Campus
16700 Pennsylvania Rd
Southgate, MI 48195

I do not yet have the details around the Concession Stand other than we will have one open for the event.

Typically it includes things like:
Hot dogs
Hamburgers
Chips
Soda (Pop)
Juices
Water
Candy
and other snacks

So for those who don't want to bring their own, we will have food and snacks available.

The proceeds will go to support a High School Aged Youth Group or Possibly Youth Sports Camps.

I know we are scheduled for 3 - 6 PM. However, we can stay longer than 6 PM understand of course that the Concession Stand will close at 6.

Patrick, we now know what Martin's church has for us but what exactly is CDC providing. When I spoke to Colby he said they might offer some food and discounts on their products and maybe free installs of items purchased at regular prices. But that was not determined for sure. He also said that we would have to pre-register to get the installs.

Please enlighten us.

Too bad this two days after son is going to be born and a day after my wedding anniverary, otherwise I would be up for the cruise to Detroit. Have fun.
