I ordered a part on 2/26/2008..

I checked to make sure that LMperformance.com actually HAD the part since I heard that MAC o/r h-pipes were on backorder, and of course LMperformance didn't have any in stock, and asked if I would like to cancel my order. I told them yes, and that was over 2 weeks ago.

I called back a week later after my money had yet to be deposited back in my account, and they assured me that they had sent the money to Capital One, and that the problem was on Capital One's side.

I called Capital One today, and they said that LMperformance never gave me credit for the cancelled order, and that I need to dispute the charge.

And EVERY time I call the customer support number for LMperformance, it is always busy.  I've never one time got to talk directly to an employee...I always have to leave a message and then get a returned phone call...usually hours later.

I have to say that I'm very dissapointed in the customer service of this company, and even whenever MAC does start producing the h-pipe's again...I doubt I would go with this company to purchase it.

Any results yet? I am asking because I am looking to order some parts(over $900 worth) and they have the best price so far, but all of that is mute if I never get them.

I ordered a SS grill and Corsa axel backs Sunday evening and got everything on Wednesday. Can't beat the price, no tax and free shipping. Hope everything worked out for you.

I ordered my Corsa axel backs on Friday and got them on Wednesday... great price, great service... they will definitely get my business again in the future. [:D]

I eventually did get the part, although it was several weeks later. I'm happy that I got the part but I still have to say I was dissatisfied with the way it happened. Once I got someone on the phone they were curteous, the problem is just getting someone on the phone lol...

Ah well...at least I have my h-pipe now :D
