The Procharger will be fine I drove this car about 200 miles with the F1 on it at 560rwhp but it was not tuned correctly and burnt up fast but this setup is going to Justin at JPC for tunning so I know I will be in good hands for the street and the track tunes.
The motor will be done in 1-2 weeks then I install and start the tuning , breakin ect. I would say if this car is on the road tune in 4-6 weeks I would be very happy.
great set of mods, a friend of mine just built his 06 3v with twin 61mm turbos and made 880rwhp at 19psi so im sure you will make at least 800 with your boost level, but you will run through 3.73 VERY quickly. good luck on everything

If you are planning to be able to hook up 800 rwhp then I would leave the rear rotors stock. The only way you can possibly hook that much power is with 15 inch wheels and big DR’s or slicks. With 14 inch rotors on the rear you would be restricted to an 18 inch wheel and you could never hook with an 18 inch DR.

Man thats going to be one bad ride. The only problem I see is the f1 procharger. My friend bought the 05 that Livernois Motorsports built and its not very streetable. Its either all or nothing, wont just cruise along. It likes to be reved.
This is honestly my only concern as well for you. I think justin is going to make it work but my guess is you are going to run A LOT LESS boost than you think for the street tune. The air to air cooled procharger is going to be a headache to street tune at big boost levels and your #83 injectors are going to be a bitch to dial in in the low range. EVERY SINGLE person I know using #83's has not been able to master cruising and idle with them yet. Yes, they have got them to 'work' after lot's of trouble. They are great for WOT at the track but a PIA for daily driving. Good luck with those and keep us informed on them. I'd love to hear someone work out cruising around with them.
My guess is you are going to be in the 12-16 psi range for the street to keep that streetable but that's just my guess. Justin knows how to tune a procharger on the track - there's no debate about it - but I'm curious to see what he can do on a street driven big power car. Best of luck Billy and keep me informed...
Just so you know you don't 'need' the #83's at the level anyway. I make almost 1000 to the fly (about 800 to the wheels) and have the following fuel system..
-8 lines throughout metco high flow rails #60 injectors -10 micron filter GT500 fuel system Dual 40 amp BAP
Oh beleive me the 60 lb injectors will be in the back seat just in case
We tried 95 lb injectors and couldn't get them working right at all. Fortunately still had the 60 pounders on hand. Now 2 weeks later and after one of the GT500 pumps failed (replaced), still only have a good safe street tune on pump gas at 11 lbs. Race tune is still a couple of weeks away. Try and get car to the track on street tune anyway. This is way more complicated and challenging than I expected.
