Are anyone that owns this kit having problems with the incredible heat this blower generates?
We finally got our dyno and dynoed it today and from one run the next the hp's dropped drastically mainly because of the heat in the blower. Got too cool it and made the numbers back again.
Have the bigger exchanger, reservoir and all the stuff around but the heat is just incredible.
Here is a video of the run.

Did the heat exchanger get upgraded with the SC swap? Anything over stock psi should get a better exchanger IMO.
yes, heat exchanger and reservoir upgraded.

It's typical of the Bell blowers to run hot. If you look around a bit you'll see that many others experience the same thing you do with high IAT temps.

Don't know of a solution to the blower running hot but the heat exchanger, coolant tank and fans will help cool the fluid.

One solution would be to move to Minnesota :( It's finally going to get above freezing here this week. [:'(]

you could get a a bigger heat exchanger pump from steeda and if that doesnt do you could always use a c02 sprayer.

Get an intercooler and you will drop your heat problem

I suggest taking time in between dyno runs with ice in your intercooler resevoir. maybe Ice pack on top of your blower.
KB's are just hot. Nothing you can really do.
Well, an update, we installed a home made restrictor and added a canton extra tank were the battery was and joined them together and look that is holding up well.
