i have a 65mm throttle body, 73 mass air meter, mac headers, off road h-pipe, fuel regulator, stock pump and injectors, magnaflow exhaust, custom chip, underdrive pullies, and 3:73 rear. Im looking to change the intake to a cobra or a GT-40. With these mods what type of heads should i get because im clueless on what i should get, and if i change the heads should i change the cam or is it ok to keep the stock cam. Thanks for helping me out

It would be ok to keep stock cam, there are people running 10's on a stock cam. I would go with the AFR's, I've heard nothing but good things about the power over other heads. Are you keeping the 302, or are you gonna stroke it, or get that 347 off Ebay?

I also heard the new FRPP Z-heads are a pretty good street head also, but they're only sold bare, and might end up costing you more than the AFR's in the long run. Try Corral.net or Stangnet classifieds.

I thought the new Z heads were not CARB legal?

I would hope so, it says in the article in 5.0&SF that they are good for the street.
