Im working on access right now but it seems to be a lot s h ! t work. Anyone with a better idea in how to post the time slips and sorting them out in order.
There are 88075 users Registered on this site. (im sure some people here have like 2 or three) If 1/8 of the users come on Once a year and post their Time slip. They can be number 1-5000 of the fastest cars on the site, that dont even post....(obviously it wouldnt be that Dramatic, but i think this would take alot of work/Planning)
Easy way to settle that is you have to have atleast 100 post, and atleast 10 post in the last 2 weeks to be in. Or somthing along those lines.

^^^^ you know what that is not a bad idea. Cuz c'mon the ranking must be for people that acutally hang out around here not just someone that looked our thread singed in with 5 post and posted his time slips. so for those who do not have 100 post hurry the hell up cuz we might throw that rule in

Too bad I have not hit the track with my S/C... Post ranking really is not a "fair thing" since most guys are post whores if you know my mean. The 1/4 mile idea is good. Hopefully I'll get some slips for the rankings.
JD- maybe this year, we can run, since I'm very close to you now....Unlike the 2 second gap from before.
Just do one list. If someone wants to pick through and find out what number they are, they can do it on their own time.
Like in the 4.6 section, there must be a post count minimum, and the slip must be clearly from whatever specified dates you set.
It'll be a lot of work to make individual lists and what not, not to mention someone would have to sit down and sort out the slips to decide which car goes onto what list.

so what you are saying is i got a shot at #1 overall. nice to think i would have a shot at it. is he still active? have not seen hi mon here lately.
He's still active. think he changed his name to addicted to something. And you go on with your bad self and grab that #1 spot.
He uses "Modaddict" now - the car broke into the 9s before his current build. He's posted about putting in a 331 CID motor with a 3.4L Whipple and looking for 8s. Had a new cage put in to be legal as well. IMO - he's got one of the fastest S197s around.

Doodad- maybe on a track, provided I don't have a stall and dr's. However, on the street, where I can burnout and launch my car at 3-4K RPM, that's a different story now huh... We'll see, I don't expect to win, but I don't expect to get raped.

From a roll you will beat me pretty easy (me stayinf n/a) my car is nothing from a roll, of course I never intended it be annything but a drag type car. From a dig on the street or track it will be a much better race
