New to the forums and the stang and cars in general lol, planning to do a lot of moddin just gonna take some time. I currently have a V6 dont know how many liters 2000 Mustang, 2nd owner with 88k miles, i believe its a stock car still. Going to post in another forum for some mod help =). ALso currently installing The 8556 Alpine Dash Deck, 2 Pairs of Infinity's 5x7's obviously, 1000w Rocksford Fosgate Amp, and 2 10'' Alpine Type R Subs. The only thing im worrying about now is if a budy of mine can actually and know how to bypass the mach v600 =\ hes only bypassed 2 bmws..so hmm opinions?

Looking to get a new bodykit ( dont know what kind yet still looking ), exhuast ( unsure as well ), midnight blue paint job. Than later start working on the engine...transmision, shift etc.

im confused on what to get first because im thinking about just getting the front body kit and painting it than getting the exhuast, in my list its the paint in top priority, the only reason why i was suggesting about getting a whole new body kit was because i have a few dents/scrapes on my car or should i just keep the reg body and just get the front? ill show some pics right now of what i mean because im not sure either if you can smooth it out when getting it painted or just having to get  awhole new body kit. like i said im lost 0_o. now worrying bout the estimate im spending lol...

is it cool to have someone else's stang in your sig?

i would suggest either new wheels or a drop at the very least or both im not big on the whieels and the gigantic truck like fender gap other than that i wouldnt be TOO worried abotu the small scratches they can be fixed a new paint job is gonna run you quite a bit and as far as a body kit if you go with something ricer thats all i have to say

ummm other than that nice lookin ride i like silver a bit can be made to look awesome with some black accent and the right small amount of work

other than that i was looking for some midgnight blue i dont know why it just  a color that i like, the body kit iw as looking at the cobra r in the front and maybe the hood, what you mean by rice tho new to that terminology? oh what order should i do it first though? get the exhaust 1st than the body kit or  would it be good to get the body kit first? any more opinions on what to do before i go onto the engine? hmm estimate on the paint job without prep work about how much befroe i go to family shop?

dropping it i think ill save after the exterior detail is done and the wheels as well.

Definition of Ricer from urbandictionary.com (I dont know if I agree with this %100 but its a good def.):

(Ricer: from the latin word Ricarius meaning to suck at everything you attempt)

A person who makes unecessary modifications to their most often import car (hence the term "rice") to make it (mostly make it look) faster. The most common modifications are (but not limited to):

- Huge exhaust that serves no purpose but to make the car louder
- Large spoiler on the back that looks like something Boeing made for the 747
- Lots of after-market company stickers they don't have parts from, but must be cool
- Expensive rims that usually cost more than the car itself
- Bodykit to make the car appear lower, usually accented with chicken wire
- Clear tail lights and corner signals
- A "performace intake"- a tube that feeds cold air to their engine usually located in areas of excessive heat (behind or on top of the engine)
- Most of these riced cars (a.k.a. rice rockets or rice burners) are imports; Honda Civics, Accords, Integras, CRXs, RSXs, Del Sols Mitsubishi Eclipses, Lancers, Subaru Imprezas, however there are some domestics such as Chevrolet Caviliers, Dodge Neons, Ford Focus; small, slow, economy cars designed specifically to go slow. Please note that some Supras, Skylines, WRX's and other higher performance imports are designed to go fast, and are therfore not always considered rice. It really depends on the severity of the case.

The "ricer" attempts to make their car "performance" by adding the modifications listed above. These ricers are not confined to any one ethnic group or color, however different ethnic groups are known for certain styles.
Honda Civics with big spoilers and 4" exhaust tips are considered to be ricers.

No offense to you, just giving the definition. Anywho, you wanted opinions. IMO, Id suggest start with wheels, as mentioned before, and Id throw a decent catback exhaust system on. If you really want a body kit, by all means go for it. The Cobra front fascia's look great. And Ive got some similiar scratching myself, its never bothered me. Maybe some touch up paint. Just my opinion, for a great start.

wow wow...slow down man...You want everything and now. You better sell your V6, add the money you're planning to spend and get some decent GT. There's no way you can do all what you want to, unless you have some deep pockets(or your parents)lol...I experienced that myself. I started everything and ended up with the Cobra R body kit (front&rear bumper + sideskirts) sitting in the middle of my room so I have to trip over it all the time, also the turbo kit (not finished offcourse) in my closet, some H pipes under my bed.....If I had this brains back than I would've gone turbo turbo and only turbo or s/c (performance first)!

P.S. Speaking of ricers, I see you are becoming one...with your Cobra mates! Unless you got them with the car! j/k
