I have a set of authentic Shelby American Racing center caps with the snake logo. I am looking to trade them for the winged ones. These have never been used before, the rims have never even been mounted on the car.

How do you get those off the wheel?

They are clipped on. It looks like the easiest way would be to pull the rim and pop them from behind.
