i have a 2002 mustang gt that my wife bought me a ati procharger kit for.i got the kit in june and installed it when i got it.when i got it all installed i put ati's chip in the processor and thats when everything fell apart.the first chip from ati made the car run bad with white smoke out of the tailpipes.i called ati they said to get 42 pound injectors and a lightning mass air meter.i went to ford and bought the things they told me i needed.i sent back ati's chip to be reburned ,and i got the chip back still the same thing.i called ati and they said we will reburn the chip again maybe something happened in shipping to wipe out the program.ok i shipped out the chip again now it's almost july.i got the chip back again still the same thing.i called ati again (a non toll free number)they now tell me i need a custom chip.i sent back there chip and ordered a custom chip from jms.after two weeks i got a custom chip still the car don't run right.i called jms and sent back the chip.now its the middle of july and i have a car i can't drive.i now took all the blower and tubes off and the car ran fine, but a check engine light was on.i took it to ford and had to buy new o2 sensors because they were bad now from the chips not working right.i got the chip back and still nothing it ran a little better but still not able to drive it down the street.now i have sent thechip back and forth four times and it still don't run right.i called ati back and they won't do anything for me because they say i need a custom tune.my question is how can i get a custom tune if the car don't run?i didn't even ask for a full refund i said i woud pay 20% take back fee and ati said its my problem they won't take it back.i was on the phone with there rep for about 20 to 30 min(this is not a free call its all long distance).they told me that it states in there ads that some fords might require custom tunes and i didn't have one done so again there is nothing they can do.now its nov. and i now have no more money left to put anything on it to try to get it to run.i can't beleave that a company like that won't stand behind there product, but to hide behind there bulls**t.this company is the worst out there i would not tell people i hate to buy stuff from them.this company is worse than a used car salesman once the deal is made your on yor own.before you buy go with acompany that knows what there doing because ati has no clue. blackpony237939.3476388889
