I like them but I'm not sure how our stock glass fits in them. I heard you have to use the motor as well. I've never taken apart the mirror to see where the motor is, I would love to have them but I have no idea how much a pain it would be. I would rather have the setup Pascal has, IMO.

I just installed these last night. You don't use the stock mirrors, they supply new mirrors. It took me 30 minutes to install. It is very easy. You do use the stock motor, but they were easy to take out and put into the new mirrors. They do look alot better than those truck mirrors. I looked over the quality and the plastic looks very good and heavy duty. Now just to see how they handle time. I want to get mine painted eventually to match, but will wait until I can afford a hood and get it all done at the same time.

Good I am Glad some one has them I found a few how toos on the Internet and it looked like it would not be that hard to do. Its funny I never thought that the orginal mirrors were that bad looking till I seen the 47s on a car and then side by side to the stock mirrors.

I rather have my set-up also ... I've been trying to market my idea and work with different companies but the tooling cost is too high so I failed so far. I would have to sell about a thousand sets to break even and 2000 to make a real profit at $400 a pop, and that wouldn't include the keyless pad option . If I can find a way to sell those around $300 with the pad, it would be a go.

You ever thought about contacting Agent47 to see if they would like to produce your version? it would be a kick ass addition to there line. Good luck VERY NICE

Thanks Yellow... I talked to A47 at SEMA 06 but It didn't go anywhere. I felt like I was competition to them and I understand. I talked to Ford and enthousiast aftermarket companies and we're stuck on how to keep the cost low on that deal. I don't want the cup part of the mirror to be much bigger than what I have so it doesn't compromise the look. But the problem with that is that we can't reuse the OEM motors because they're too big for that retro cup. We also thought that, drilling in the door for those, would scare most people but they don't seem to be too scared to drill their quarter panels when they go with the Roush spoiler . So I won there. In any case, I'm learning a lot about marketing and manufacturing so I won't start from scratch with some other ideas I have .

Man Good Luck and I agree I feel that people will not have a problem drilling 2 holes for the setup I like the look of it better then the 47s and the motor problem is really not that big of a deal it is a luxury Item. Its a shame A47 was not interested it would be a +1 addition to there product line for people to go with the true 60 retro look. I think if you keep up the hard work it will pay off for you.
