I'm sure all of those other things are all awesome don't get me wrong but, they should ALL be done AFTER getting some wheels. With the exception of maybe a Grille. Wheels make the biggest difference of them all!

I love the sequential lights too (they get the best reaction at night when you are at a stop light and pull the ebrake and step on the brake a bunch..lol). If the car behind you has a chrome grille, you can see your own lights in it, and if they don't, just watch the passenger tell the driver that the car in front has kickass lights (then watch the whole car stare mesmerized until the light goes green )
Other than that, I'd say rims are tied for 1st. (and then bumpers)

I voted for window louvers... Specifically, I think the SilverHorse Racing flush louvers are awesome. I know most people voted wheels, and I can see where they're coming from. I love the Bullitt-style wheels that come standard with the Pony Package.
