clearly he is confused as to what he has. he mentions up there about it being a 3.9l v6 so me thinks its simply a v6 mustang made to look like a cobra. that would make the $12,000 price tag seem more correct.

i think what you are referring to is him listing both the car he drove to the lot in, and the cobra he said he purchased.
the decsription of each car is on the same line.

ok first of all yall are all assholes and the pics are on the way ill post them over the weekend when i have time..the only reason why yall talking **** is because yall are mad/jealous...full out bitches..why the **** would i make a post about a huge lie...grow the **** up...

allright well still lets see some pics??? i jst cant justify cutting 10k off of a car be just (cutting someone a favor). i kno a guy who specializes in ridiculous sports cars. the best price he could get/find me on a cobra was 22,300 so 12 jst sounds too good 2 be true but i would def love 2 see soe pics of ur great deal. n yea that isnt proper gammar but im on my phone so **** it

The Only thing I can contend with this whole story is several months ago, there was a jet black ford Cobra sitting for sale. It was a 1998 and had 68,000 miles on it, it was a private sale and the owner wanted 8,500 for it.. I thought it was a load of ****, I did a vin check and everything and it was a true cobra. Only reason it was so cheap was because the owner had no freakin clue how much it was really worth. She said it was her husbands and he passed away several years ago and the car sat in the garage taking up space.... Plus too out here in Ks things seem to be cheaper...

8500 isn't a bad price for a 98 Cobra though. I could easily see that. I don't regularly see 03/04 Cobra's for 12k. lol

i would def agree with that 98 ut this car is 6 yrs newer than that one and it isnt a private owner this was a dealershit where individual salesmen there have no say so in prices of his cars. they have to first check with someone higher up. b4 they even make a sale they know what the lowest price is that they are alowed to sell that car for...... that was one hell of a deal if its like u say it is. ne way lets get some pics with a sign f ur username on it!!!!

It would be funny if it turned out to be just a GT Cobra clone lol. I went and looked at a $4000 "GT" once that turned out to be a V6 with badges and bullitt rims. Stupid dealership didn't even know the difference.

They probably knew the difference but were just trying to sell it for more.

There is a Mitsubishi dealership in my town. They had a Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V that I went and looked at. I noticed a few things wrong though. It had a 5 spd. not a 6spd, had the SE-R stock exhaust, had the wrong rims, had the badges in the wrong place and a few other things wrong with it. I went and talked to a sales guy about it and he told me it was a real Spec V. I then asked them to check the VIN for me, they did and it was a SE-R that had been rebadged. They were trying to sell it as a Spec V though.
