My quarter glass on both sides are crazy wobly and dont go down with the motor but i can push them down by hand and do make a good seal at all what do i need to fix

its been a while since i had mine out, but if i remember correctly, these are the general steps
1. remove back seat
2. remove side panels by pulling out all of the push tabs
3. pull off the felt strip that keeps window from getting scratched
4. should be able to see if the window is on tracks or not from there
5. unscrew the 3 screws in the window motor/regulator
6. should be able to pull motor out from there and disconnect it
and it goes back in just the opposite, just make sure the teeth on the motor gear are lined up with the teeth on the arm of the window bracket
