I just put new tires and rims on my '05 and was thinking about putting on a CAI. I was reading around about tuners and it says you should adjust the tire size to cal the speed-o-meter, its also maditory for the cold air intake. Is that just BS or really worth it? Which tuner works the best? Any advise would be helpful.

To install a cai, I can see no reason to set tire rpm(revolutions per mile). I have an Xcal2 and when you buy it the dealer asks you what size tires you run and he will set that in the flash tuner. Very easy to change if you change tire size. To obtain tire RPM go to tirerack.com and look up your tire size. Stock RPM is 774 for the 215x65x16 and 768 for the 235x55x17(Pony pack). If you put on new tires of a different size your speedometer might be off.

Like MFM said, your tuner dealer will ask you about tire size and intake. Some CAI's require a tune and some don't. You can adjust the air/fuel with the tuner. You can also adjust the rim/tire size with the tuner and a lot of other stuff.
