Default I'm A Bad Influence

Just got my mom to buy her first mods for her 2000 V6.[8D][sm=badbadbad.gif]

She just purchased a Mach 1 grill delete
Custom Chrome License Plate Cover w/ Running Ponies and Embroaded MUSTANG
American Flag Front Pony (She has a thing for the flag)

For mothers day I'm going to get her a few other goodies since her car is kind of like my weekend driver lol. Soon to come:

K&N air filter
Smoked Clear Headlights
Blackout Taillight Tint
Blackout Sidemarker Tint
MUSTANG SS Inserts
Mach 1 Chin Spoiler
GT Hood Scoop
GT Side Scoop

Why, we all know what a 2000 black auto convertable looks like lol.[8D]

Well I just installed the K&N filter, didn't quite have enough time to remove the silencer but it's a start. Had to drive the car today to work because my Mach 1 chin spoiler came off my car last night, wasn't damaged thank god, but the damn pins broke, and I didn't have nearly enough time to fix it this morning. Well anywho, car drives OK, but when you get used to a much more power, manual tranny, aftermarket clutch, racing breaks, and a much better suspension, talk about having a "rude" awakening.[&:] The braking, no offense, in stock stangs is "HORRIBLE" compared to what you could have. Note to all of you "GET A COBRA BRAKE CONVERSION KIT!!!" nuff said.

Anywho, I'll get pics up soon once I get some basic stuff done to the car. I think it's settled though, my mom, instead of having me get involved with another car note, is going to let me have the car on the weekends to get to and from work with, and when/if she has a day off during the week, I can use the car to go to school and or daily driving and what not. I really need to get a stereo system in that thing though. Ford premium stereo is OK, but [:'(] compared to whats in my 5.0, and that's out dated by modern standards lol.

Ehh.....don't know yet. After working on my car yesterday I noticed that the driver side side skirt on my 5.0 is barely hanging on, so I'm probably going to spend moms scoop money on my car and get my Saleen side skirts and custom fend flares finially painted and installed. It's gonna look a little wierd though as my front bumper looks like crap, paint quality wise, but I'll still have a little time to get that fixed.

But when I buy them I'm either going to buy them used off of ebay from a salvage company, or buy the kit, however, used sounds a little better at this point as having used parts painted doesn't really cost anymore than having new parts painted. It's like a whopping $20 or something, if that, for sanding, on such a small part.
