Does anyone have wheel adaptors on their stang because i got 18in rims off my firebird and people say that it wont fit on a stang without adaptors. Do you guys think it looks ok, knowing its gonna stick out more?

what year of mustang? if it's 5 lug and a pretty recent year (94+)it should fit. maybe even old school 5 lug classics would work, but i wouldnt hold my breath on that one.

Adaptors=lots of bad things.

I use to sell rims an tires. The only thing adaptors are good for is putting chevy wheels on a VW bug.

They have, excuse me, do break. Typically they pull the lugs right out of the adaptor plate. I have seen it. Customers didn't belive me. Two weeks later he is back wanting to sue the company i worked for because we sold him something that broke and wreak his car. Our laywyer laughed in his face. I wrote write on the slip. "Customer has been informed of possible dangers of using hub adaptors. Customer has wavied all rights set forth on this recipet." I signed it and the manger signed it. It was even written on the customers slip and he tried to erase it off it. The court threw it out. We vowed never to sell them again.

If you plan on making any power don't get them. Nevermind that never get them. You are better off to sell the wheels and get the rite ones. You will spend a little more money but you will will lose unsprung weight, thus making the car a little quicker plus be a whole lot safer going down the road.
