I was looking at some take-off parts, because I'm trying to decide what my next upgrade will be and since most people here seem to really like getting gears or t-loks, I found this.

I think I found the same on another site for cheaper, but anyway anyone know how the ABS works, since I don't have ABS in my stripped 05 Stang?  Will this axle still work, and if it will give me ABS, I'm thinking if it will I might get my dad to throw his broke college son a few bucks so that I'm safer with it.

Yes,it will still bolt in. No!,it will not give you ABS. Much more to ABS then the rear end.

Do you know what else goes into ABS?  I assume it would be new lines and new brake kits?  what Else and will this still work on a non ABS equiped stang?

If you don't have ABS, there are parts that you need that go in the engine compartment.  My 06 PP has it, I didn't want to buy a new car without ABS.  Especially not after seeing a news anchor on TV on a test drive with an exec from GM showing her what happens when she's driving on wet pavement without the ABS turned on.  I'd assume that a dealer might be able to add it in, but I'm guessing it's going to cost well over $1000 to add it.
