What is the difference? I have an apointment to have my top replaced on the 2/26 and need to get a top kit. I read some place that the 95-2000 tops were better material and had better weather sripping and that is good idea to use on the early 94 -95 mid year cars. Any truth to this, dont want to buy a top and have it not fit !

i have never heard this. i have been told all replacement tops were the same 94-04.  i know the top that i bought sold as a 94-04 top and it fit my 94 great.

94-04 are grouped together.  Are you replacing just the top and glass?  I got mines from Kee Auto Top [http://www.keeautotop.com].  I didn't need to replace the roof inner liner or weather liner, my stock ones were still in good shape.  Kee Top's are from what I heard from my installer, good tops.  I had mines (Vinyl Tan colored) replaced over five years ago and it still looks new.
