I threw on a Flat black CDC chinspoiler...going for the throwback to old school mach 1'swith the flat black lips.
Also got some smoked corners on there.
Just wanted to show everyone whos looking for these it
stealthyone 02-09-2008, 06:31 PM looking damn good. not criticism, but just how well does the flat black stand out against the rest of the car being gloss black? :)
miltoneagle 02-10-2008, 01:49 AM i like it and when i throw a Shaker hood scoop on there it will all flow really well. (shakers a flat black)
also goes well with the mirrors bc they are flat black
heres another pic...

pw_cc_runner 02-11-2008, 10:35 PM I'd suggest a flat black side skirt too... that way the side profile wont be too much higher than the nose. In my opinion the sides should never be lower than the nose but closer than what you have without anything.
Seabee 02-14-2008, 09:24 PM i was looking at the smoked corner lights cause im trying to black out the car but those dont look as dark as im hoping. your car looks great by the way.
Psykostevo 02-15-2008, 11:16 PM I really like the chin spoiler! I wish I had the funds to get one of those.

Save money and buy VHT Nightshades Spray tint and do it yourself. Just follow all the instructions properly, including the wet sanding. You're looking at enough paint in one can to tint the cornerlights, the rear marker lights, and most likely the tail lights. Best part is you can control how dark you want them by applying as many coats as you want.
zporta 02-16-2008, 04:28 PM i like the way the flat looks and like u said it will flow with ur shaker...
06Redfire3V 02-16-2008, 09:37 PM It looks good but those corner lights don't looked smoked the look more clear like mine.. [&:]
Injected97GT 02-18-2008, 05:22 PM IMO, if you are going for a throwback to the old Mach's on any one part of the car, do it up completely. I'm pretty positive that they do make a part for each part of the car to get as close to that look as possible on the new S197s
miltoneagle 02-20-2008, 07:41 AM gotta make it my own.....lol
4cylinders5speeds 02-22-2008, 09:37 PM wow the smoked corners. make a big statement. i'll have to take that into consideration.
DuFFMaNN 02-23-2008, 04:34 PM Looks nice, but the rims seem a little out of place for some reason. Just the finish on them doesn't quite work with the car. Just my honest opionn though, still a nice car.
DuFFMaNN 02-23-2008, 05:05 PM Ok I did a few things, that I think should be done (considering you want to keep those rims.)
Smoked fogs, blackchrome badges (pony and GT), black added to rims.

im going to have to consider the smoked fogs and the emblems....is there somewhere to buy them like that?
i like the brakes but the stock ones are sorta goofy....if i went that far ill probably throw some black brembos on there.
