I am often curious as to who our members are.  This is me working on the Mustang.  The other photo is my wife.  No, I have no clue why she was willing to marry me 24 years ago and yes, she really is in her mid 40s. My cap covers a mostly bald head.  Used to have 20/2400 (yes, twenty four hundred) vision then had laser surgery 10 years ago and now have 20/25 vision so I wear the glasses for eye protection.  I am the supervisor of the Electronic Banking Department (internet banking/debit cards) at a regional bank.  Anybody else willing to expose themselves...let me rephrase that...anybody else willing to show us who you are?

Great thread. I always wonder who I am talking to. THIS NEEDS TO BE A STICKY!

A little about me: I am 17 and I got my stang about a year and a half ago. I love cars and thats pretty much what I think about almost all the time. I am going to the University of Colorado when I graduate high school to study Mechanical Engineering, and hopefully use the degree to do something awesome in the automotive industry. I also have a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT, which is my daily driver. As you can see in the pics, I love to race my car when I can, and I love offroading (but I have to borrow my brothers xterra for that).

Me working on the car:

My stang packed with some friends getting ready to cruise the strip to show off my car:

ninteen66mustang...for some reason i always thought you were older...i dont know why haha.  that picture of you and you're friends reminds me of when i have to give my firends rides because we always end up packing it full of people haha.  one time it was me (6'2" 200lbs), and my friends morgan (6'3" 170lbs), dan (6'0" 300lbs), mitch (6'2" 200lbs), and charles (5'10" 170lbs...he was stuck in the middle in the back haha)

anyways, well i have a few pictures of me and my car but theyre HUGE and im retarded so i dont know how to resize them...ill try to figure it out

I'm Nathan, I'm 17 and live in Bend, Oregon. I got my car about a year and a half ago and my family and I restored it. I've already won a couple of awards with it in the car show we have every summer and it's my DD. Here's a couple of my senior pics:

...so they sit in the bed of the truck instead of inside the car??  or is it that you just dont want him driving friends around because of the distraction they cause?

Are you the one with the grey hair, or the lessor grey in the hair.

Lightened the picture up a little to see what was in there.  DID HER PARENTS KNOW ABOUT THIS?!?!?!

And how do you get SIX people in a Mustang without rear tires rubbing on the back fenders?

Yeah getting burned isnt a good feeling. I once had a hot piece of metal i just grinded off fall into my shoe...(i had no socks on). Very painful and i was going nuts trying to get the shoe off. Nineteen66mustang you could try to go to School of Mines.  I am also going through high school for mechanical engineering.

I applied and was accepted to Mines, but decided to choose CU. Evidently mines is best for everything except mechanical engineering, and i guess CU has one of the best schools for that in the area. Also, Mines is really small, really tough, and there are 9 guys to every girl. ya, not cool.

Haha, ya her parents did know... she was going out with the guy next to her... The tires were rubbing like mad. I already have a crappy shock that would rub occasionally, and it was almost rubbing the whole time there... oh well, it was fun.

man, i dont know why, but i love this thread, its so interesting...
