Welcome to MF! the basic bolt ons everyone normally starts with are cold air intake and exhaust. those are your basic mods you will want to start with. next i would put new gears in it. since mine is a 5spd 3.73 work perfect for my daily driving and track times. correct me if im wrong but 4.10 to 4.11's in an automatic are equivalent to 3.73's in a 5spd. it just depends on how you want your gas milage. put 4.10's in your car and it will feel like you gained around 30-50 hp. it was a night and day difference for mine. next you could start doing lil mods like underdrive pullies which free up some hp. then you will want to start getting into the bigger mods like Upper and Lower intake and throttle body. its just never ending if you have the money to spend. i got my upper and lower intake for 70$ at the junk yard and looked online at the price it would have normally cost and it was 400$ so you can find good prices all over the place. and by the way, you have found the #1 mustang forum site on the internet. If you ever have any questions, or any tips, post them in the right section and there are hundreds of people that would love to help you out. everyone on this site will do there best and share every ounce of knowledge they have to help you tighten a bolt or build a motor. good luck with your mustang and again welcome to MF! we are glad to have you here.
