We are in the final stages of the restoration of a 1966 mustang. In order to save money, time...my husband is considering installing the convertible top himself. He is an excellent body man and has a paint booth that can heat the top to make it more pliable. We have hadmuch mixed "advice" on whether or not to attempt this. Any thoughts/suggestions from those who have tried this?? Any good manuals, etc. on how-tos?
