Well ill tell you this. I have heard both catbacks in person. The M55 has been around for a while. its not new. And it is by far the loudest catback u can get. Louder then Loudmouths. And Im telling you if ur planning on getting on of those and u have an O/R X pipe its going to be really, really loud. Like ur not going to be able to hear anything inside the car. I have Bassani exhaust and its loud.

i wouldent go and say that one is louder then the other. i would say when you get as loud as they both are, it dosent matter. because it's so damn loud you cant hear shiat anyways.

let's just say when you race people and they have to have there window up your car is loud. i raced 1fast 99gt one time and he forgot to roll the window up, and that lead to him trying to cover his left ear and him missing a shift = me winning

The M55 tho at least has a little bit bigger muffler which will counteract the noise a little bit and the cackle. Yes they are both designed straight through but LDM's 1 cackle like the most on any mustang I've ever heard.  IMO it gets obnoxious (not spelled right) after a long time.

Yeah hey its all good and its ur car man just trying to help. The guy I knew had the M55 on his 03 said he used to get pulled over all the time before he put cats on it. My friend and I literally thought he was running open headers when we heard him. You know its some loud exhaust when u can hear his exhaust from behind you.

my personal choice would be the M55, i run straight pipes on my 67 with a 5.0, so i like it loud.
