Default 351 block
I recently bought a 1990 351 block from a f250. Is this a windsor block. How can you tell if its a 351 windsor?

I believe that Windsors have the radiator return in the intake manifold while the Clevelands do not. Windsors are referenced as having a "wet" intake while Clevelands are considered "dry".
