I appreciate the group buy and all, but the prices don't really seem to reflect much of a discount. The price is only $15 less than American Muscle's everyday price. I guess every dollar counts, but I was hoping for a little more of a deal. Just my $.02

I don't know what American Muscle's regular pricing looks like (haven't checked), or if they even carry the full line, but I think the group buy prices that Mickey is getting for us here are decent. With the parts he quoted me, including shipping, it'll still work out to be less than what they parts retail for, not including whatever Cervini's would charge me for shipping..

As I'm reading it looks like the people are ordering parts painted? Can the hoods etc.. be painted before they're shipped? I was under the impression I had to paint parts after I received. Sorry if this is a dupe question. I skipped a couple pages on this thread.

I don't know if you'll be able to get ahold of Mickey or HCM to still place the order given the time, but...

The parts only ship from Cervini's unpainted. But, after they arrive at HCM (and before HCM ships them to you), they will have them painted for you.

My PERSONAL feeling on that is I wouldn't get a hood painted before it gets here, what if it needs some work to correctly fit the car? You're walking a fine line by doing that, and I'd hate for you to end up paying twice for paint... I'm having all my stuff shipped raw and professionally painted and installed.
