I vote a spiral pattern down the runway.  non-concentric circles all the way.  like a helix.

well according to all of the views you guys put up to these idiots I wouldn't put it past them

they decided to be retards, they died, big deal... brought it upon themselves... **** happens

want to cry a river about them, fine you are more than entitled to... that doesn't mean other people need to do the same, other people might find it humorous, others will think they got what they had coming... and you are nobody to change that view

if anyone else can disprove any hard facts I have supplied and nobody want to supply their own facts this thread has run it's course

I will check up on this when I get back to see if anyone wants to talk sense with me... untill then, learn about the car and airport regulations and the scenario before you talk about it

I have a red wings game to be to

damn, i guess i pissed in his wheaties

however, im much more inclined to take the last second freakout over the powerslide theory.  maybe he tried to brake, felt he couldnt make it, so he cranked the wheel to the side to avoid a head-on which is a common reaction of many people.  i know Ive done it even this winter when i go for the brakes and get nothing cuz im on ice.  as I approach something turning the wheel seems like a good option.  especially cuz in that case ur periph is gone.  i say for whatever reason, he didnt know how fast he was going, didnt see the barrier until reaction time was too late, whatever, he swerved to avoid a headon with that ramp.

55 on the freeway (10 under)in early november, slow accel for the next 1/2 mile till the lane ends good lord how could i have made that mistake?    it was a clover with ice around the bend, I think i posted that the cop almost bit it too when responding to the call.
even acer came on to say he had trouble on the same highway in his suv.

Hell, im not even the only one around here with a buried mustang, but hey the fact that u laugh at dead kids tells me ur probably a poor sad little man who needs this boost to precipitate out a little self confidence so sure im a "bad driver" which somehow we make another logical left turn and equate that to "life"   when my original comment was related directly to you laughing at 5 families losing their kids.

thats what this is about.  too much hypocracy around here.  almost everyone on these boards has street racing threads, or high speed threads, but as soon as someone messes up theres this "i didnt so im better" attitude and the Unfortunate get flamed, when in reality sh*t happens.  so if u havent had enough time under ur belt to figure that out u will.   these kids died just running their cars, doing things that alot of us do on a regular basis.

if u looked around there is another thread where several people from that m5 board that organized a run on that half mile air strip.  but of course we all know how unsafe perfectly flat half mile strips are especially when there is only 1 car driving down it.

+1 i hear about people speeding everyday etc etc..until someone dies then everyone becomes perfect drivers

M5froth I completley understand where you are coming from assuming that I am irresponsible..that is definetly understandable. I do sometimes make bad decisions but I am young and I do drive safe and I will not endanger the lives of others..and I hope you are not under the impression that I am the one to brag, I have never been that way and never will. Plus I will have pictures up asap with me in the pictures. I have no reason to lie buddy.

Very ironic....

Edit, that first link is overflowing with irony...

People die all the time, who gives a sh1t?  It's not like it has affected me in any way.  It's just 1 less beemer on the road and 5 less mouths to feed.

Last time I checked it was called Life/Death and it happens quite often.
