I understand how it comes across from yalls end completely, but just because you don't believe it, don't mean you gotta come at me like I'm lying to y'all. But the comment "I doube that's anywhere around a 12 second car", just make me mad. I'll go through the list again for you one more time, in the best detail that I can. If you don't believe me, go to tpis.com and learn a little about what this engine is capable of.

Here is the engine that the build was base off of:
http://www.enginefactory.com/383_Mini_Ram.htm

^ add the better heads at the bottom, a solid roller cam that is more radical, special corvette headers listed at bottom, bigger injectors, and a forged internal assembly and a higher compression ratio.

The tranny is a fully built 700r4 with manual valve body, built to break your neck and handle the power. The rear is a dana 44 (very strong) with 4.11 gears. The car weighs in at 3088 lbs without driver, so about 3260 with me in it. It comes with the famous z51 handling package and has upgraded shocks and struts. Car is very impressive on the straight line, but even more so in cornering.

Like I said, I will get exact numbers on this when I have the cash available, but until then, CAN YOU PLEASE STOP WITH THE UGLY, MEAN POSTS THAT ACCUSE ME OF LYING!!!!????

Boo hoo.

No matter what you do, it's still a gay car.

Why would anyone be jealous of a corvette that isn't even the nice year corvette.  Most people drive corvettes just to look cool only, most of the yuppies who drive them never race them or drive them fast.  Secondly, there is noway that car is running low 10's.  Sorry, it sounds good, and looks good on paper but, it's just not going to happen.  I'm not trying to be an a$$ but a low 10 second car for 8500.  Give me a break already.  I don't think you undertand what it takes to run those kind of numbers.  Just guessing with your setup, be lucky to break a low 11, and you better uncap the headers, run slicks, and launch that shivvy hard.  Done!

Jealous of the ugliest year of the vette?

nah, if he came out with a 07 Z06, Then I'd be jealous.

Corvettes didn't start looking good until the late 90's.

Well, some of you guys think this car is not good looking, I dont like the fox body mustangs. I love the 94 and up stangs, just never liked the fox stlye. As for the spoiler, it came factory with the greenwood body kit, the front piece is just missing. There were only 200 to be made with that option, so in no way does it come off, although I like the non spoiler look better.

I got the car for this price because it is not anywhere near perfect and the man who I bought it from was not the owner who had all the work done. I tried to buy it a little over a year ago from original owner, but in no way could I afford it. Since then, he had traded it in a dealership that specialized in classics and hotrods. After that, the guy I bought it from bought it in May. His grand daughter is having open heart surgery, and he needs money to help his son pay for the operation, hence the reason he is selling.

The average price for a pretty good c4 vette is around $10k, and with him not aware of how extensively it is built, that is why the price is low. Also, I have noticed that adding performance to a car generally doesn't raise its value, it usually only hurts it.

that depends on the mods.  exhaust and gearing won't do squat, but a blower, built motor, and/or built tranny will certainly raise you above blue book value a bit.

I'm not a big fan of the fox body mustangs either.  I live in a town that just loves the dang things so there is soooo many of them around.  I do, however, like the notchbacks and the Gt's with the LX taillights.  I can't stand the GT Lights, they look like ****.  If you do the Gt's right they look awesome, but for the most part they have kind of a wierd look to them, and no convertibles, just makes it worse.

Are you serious?  You have the worst model, lx hatchback, nasty.  Get a notchback or a Gt with LX lights.  The only model worse than yours is the lx convert.  UGLY!  Are you trying to tell me your car looks better than this one I found on the internet. http://www.stangbangers.com/1995_MustangGT_ForSale1b.jpg  Look at those cobras!  SEXY!

90lx,

I bought my car for the same reason you bought yours. Its fast of course, and IMO, it looks good. It also handles like nothing else I've been in, precise is the best word to describe it. I had the pleasure of "test driving" a C6 vette (connections ), to me this car out handles it and I just like its plain, yet sporty style. The interior on the newer models is to familyish to me, The older ones feel like a cockpit.

Point: Its all a matter of personal preference, there is no right or wrong here.

Did you even read the part where he said the sn95's "look like girl cars " but I'm the one picking the fight?  You idiot, if I were you, I wouldn't announce my ignorance!
