This is an official challenge to all you Ford guys. We, the GTO community, officially challenge you to a track day. The track and date have yet to be decided. Some time in early March at either MIR, Mason Dixon, Cecil Co., or Capitol.

Sounds like fun to me, too bad I don't live anywhere around there. I guess I'll just have to play with all the GTOs in orlando.

I think a join meet with another brand or club would be a blast. And a Mustang Vs. GTO meet would be something I'd pay the price of admission just to watch. Probably would involve some very good racing.

I also posted this Challenge to the SRT boys, and all I got was a couple kids w/srt4's. At least you guys have the b*lls to take the challenge! It looks like MIR is in the lead as far as the track of choice.

Big words for someone who could only muster a low 13 second quarter mile with a modded GTO.
Yea, I know I suck.
Times where before headers. Street radials w/ 35psi.
I run at the track the same as I would on the street,. You know if I particapated in that kind of thing..........................................

I already took out a brand new CTS-V, If you want to come down to Florida I'd be more than willing to beat a GTO! 13.2 pfffffffffffffft! We have New Edges with the same amount of mods you have that are running similar times with what 1.4 liters less of displacement, yet you have the balls or lack of knowledge to say that mustangs need power adders to be fast?
Did you know a stock S197 just ran 13.27 a few days ago? That would be a stock 4.6 running almost the same time as your modded 6.0! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
As others have said we have some sixxers that would mop the floor with the majority of GTO's! Isn't that a slap in the face
