Default '95 3.8 V6 Swap to '02 3.8 V6

What all do i need to do if i have a '95 3.8 V6, and i wanna swap it with a '02 3.8 V6. Is it a clean swap? Or what will i need to do?

You need fuel rail to adapt the return style set up with the returnless rail the split port has.
