I'm upgrading my manual drum brakes to power with discs up front and I'm looking for an economical (though still safe) way to do so. Does anyone have any experience with Direct Fit Brakes? They sell a complete kit for $700 ($775 for a manual trans).
Any reviews on any other disc brake conversion kits would also be appreciated, though I don't care to invest $2K in this endeavor. Thanks

Yes I have used their kit
Works well on my car (66) - went for the set up with the booster - their instructions could be better, but I worked it out!:D

Other than doing some business with them, CSRP (discbrakeswap.com) is not affiliated with Direct Fit. Of course I think my product is better and more complete and a little less expensive, but that said, the people at DFBaregoodpeople.
