Good deal on Steeda UDP's?

I have never seen them that cheap. I was trying to buy used ones off eBay and other forums, but they usually get bid up to around $130-140.
Has anyone bought from these guys before? Couldn't find much about them on the net, but if this is legit it is a great deal. I am thinking about ordering them for my GT.
