anyone have good experience with tough tires or another rated tire to handle rough roads, dirt, pot holes.... the north east has unforgiving roads...cant wait to move down south again

I ride on NITTO 555 Extreme - good mile, toughness and pretty good traction.

General Exclaims. Go to tirerack.com and you will see they are the #1 rated tires.

I dont see General Exclaims but the Michelin Pilot A/S soiunds like my tire

"The Pilot Sport A/S was developed for the drivers of sports cars, coupes and sedans who desire year round traction, including in light snow. The Pilot Sport A/S is designed to minimize dry and wet driving compromises while maximizing all-weather traction"

at 350$ how long do 20 tires last?

frankly I dont see the need for Z rated tires where I live, I'll never track the car .....

any other size or tire recommendations for this climate and ab d road conditions?

the reviews in that link by the buyers says it all.

255/35/20 all around is good. And at only $111.00 each tire, how much better can you get? Seriously though, these out perform most tires even ones beyond $300+. Very long tread life btw. Compared to the Michilins, why not save the extra 200+ per tire for a VERY MINIMAL edge?
