If i didn't have my Saleen wheels, I would get these in a second. Awesome car..........dealer markup ruined the GT500 for me. I will not pay more for a car then its "worth".

here's the concept GT500KR in black at Barrett-Jackson:
Mr. Shelby in the passenger seat:
Coming off the auction block. $550,000 for the rights to VIN# 001. But it was for charity so not a true market price. Carroll's personal 1969 GT500 vert went to the same bidder for $675,000
I was actually watching the auction that night. Same dude bought Carrol Shelby's last personal shelby, and this black one. I think the flat black stripes on it looked amazing, especially with the glassback roof with the etched stripes over top. Amazing...someday I wish to own this car. (notice I said someday and wish).

King of the Road. Dealers who have won the lottery to buy one of the thousand are on ebay already selling the cars starting in the 140's
Sounds pretty stupid since you can pick up a Ford GT for a little more than that.

In addition to everything else about the car, I like the hood pins. Looks like the hood pins are more like dials, but by either name, they appear to be slightly recessed into the hood.
I wonder if there is any way to put those on my GT?
