nexus -> 2000 vs 2001 radio (11/8/2003 3:55:06 PM)

I currently own a 2000 coupe with a in-dash radio/casette (mach 460 sytem) I'm thinking of replacing this with a 2001 6 disk radio/CD changer. Does anyone know of this can be done and if the connections are the same for these radios?
