In the 05-08 section of these forums, one of the members enlightened us about his last experience at his local ford dealership. They had the new Extreme there with a Dynojet. I am sure most of you know that the reputation of Saleen numbers has been that they are "WAY" inflated compared to what the actual HP output is. And if the numbers on the new Extreme are what the above numbers are then Saleen has FINALLY gotten it right. This will make people so much happier than getting less than what is advertised.
Nobody wants to buy an Extreme car that is advertised as 650hp and all you get is 520hp. It is hard to believe that those hp numbers are actually available in cars nowadays!! What a difference from the '90's!!!!
