Greetings everyone!....I'm new to the forum.  I have a couple of ?'s.  I have an 03 Cobra.  I have no mods, and i'm looking to do a pulley upgrade.  I have noticed I guess when someone begins to do a pulley upgrad they either get a 2.76 or 2.80 size pulley! Correct me if i'm wrong.  What's the difference between these to pulleys? Does one give more psi than the other? Which one is recommended? Is it also necessary to get a bigger Heat Exchanger? If I do make a pulley upgrade what programmer is recommended or works best? Or do I have to have a custom tune for the upgrade?  Once getting the pulley is their a specific size of idler I need to get?

every car responds a bit differently.  i did a 2.76 when i did mine, a heat exchanger is not needed but won't hurt.  the 2.76 should yeald a little more boost than the 2.8 but not much.  i reccomend a dyno tune at your local shop.  most people either use a predator or an sct tuner.

mine was dynoed it also has a bigger throttle body forgot to give that info
how much do you really need the tire wont even stick to the grown with what little I did.
This is why you see saleens and roush cars making less hp and put the money in the brakes, tires ,bigger wheels, suspension etc
450 rwhp is faster than most of use are drivers by far

I would do a CAI and Exhaust/x-pipe before the pully or do it all at the same time.  And a dyno tune.
