Don't you think they will make them available later on? They promised that the PJ wheels would be exclusive too! I think we all have a good shot at those wheels in about 6-8 months. Hell, the Heritage has a lot of the looks of a PJ. There is a club owner with a grabber orange Heritage and I do a double take every time.
SBKrider I highly doubt the car will put 680hp at the flywheel. Saleen does not underrate their cars. What they spec is normally what they produce. Now I could be worng but I'm just going with previous experience.
S281, they dynod the new extreme at a dealer and it put down 590rwhp! It was in the 05-08 section....definitely underrated. It is more like 650-670bhp IMO
Nice car, and I love Saleens and all, but 100K?? I think not. I'll just have to live vicariously through someone else's purchase (i.e. someone else buy one and post how awesome it is). BTW - Having been an IROC-Z owner at one point in my life, those wheels are looking really familiar (OK I know I'm gonna get it for that, flame-on )

Seats look kinda plain for a high-end Saleen, like the ones in the RF.
Same as the seats in the limited edition American Flag edition or whatever its called.....no offense to any '08 owners in here but I'm not diggin' the new seat style Looks too much like factory seats IMO, where as the '05-07 seats looked custom
Oh and David...I would have to say these wheels look much more like the new Vette Z-06 wheels over you old school Iroc wheels. After all these wheels are 20", not 15" Or was the IROC advanced enough back then to have 16's
Just to clarify to all, and i blame autoblog for posting SA-25 in their post title, this is NOT the SA-25, there is no SA-25....yet. Thats all i'm saying.

Jason! I agree with you on the seats. I do like that waffle pattern up top though.
Be nice! Us Chevy guys had the 16x8 option on the Iroc-Z. MY 87 had them as well as the 5.7 TPI 350. Until I bought my S351 R-Code my IROC was pretty much king of the hill with just heads, cam and exhaust. It was way faster than the Vette at the time.
I'd say Sal has a pretty good point. I really like the new wheels as well on the Sterling. They look really close other than size to the Z wheels. I think they all look good.
Thanks for posting the pics Marcus! I think they are much closer to the IROC-Z wheels then the corvette Z06 wheels. Also, my 86 IROC ruled the streets until the 87 GT's showed up. Guess that's why I traded it for my first v8 Mustang (87 GT). E303 cam, shorties, GT40 U/L Intake and heads, Hurst short throw, OR H-Pipe and I could stomp pretty much everything in town! Oh yea, and Jason, they were 16x8's, which were "huge" back in the day...LOL 20's weren't even thought of (unless of course you added the width of the tires )
