so, what do you think the actual tax having to be paid to uncle sam will be if you win the car?

remember oprah? lol

this will be 10x worse

Expect to pay anywhere between 28% and 50% based upon your tax bracket. It's considered simple earnings and taxed accordingly. You will be taxed for the ADM as well if they list it inclusive to the donated cost of the car.

Unless of course you can show a boat load of loosing lottery tickets….I believe you are still allowed to use gambling losses as an offset to gambling winnings!

I checked their website, and it says that over 800 tickets have been sold. They only needed 600 to award the car, so it's definitely gonna be given away. The drawing is on Monday, 4/28
