As far as cutting the braided hose I havent done it yet, but I have seen the masonry chisel and aluminum block trick. Seems to work well but I will just going to use a dremel with a cutting wheel. Should work fine.
2 weeks and I will have this mod complete and pics.
I used a dremel to cut mine worked great. I did go through several cutting discs though.

i did the Moroso can set up, the parts are as above. the only difference between the Moroso and the Steph's is you need the reducers for the Moroso bc the the Moroso can has 12 AN connections and the hose is 10 AN.
You can use the moroso can without the reducers. You just need to slide a 1/2 inch piece of hose over the stock fittings. You actually don't need to do that, because I was able to tighten the 12an hose over the stock fittings. 12an is quite larger than the stock fittings, so I'd recommend increasing their outside diameter in some way.
Don't try slipping 10an hose over the 12an fittings, it's not going to happen.
