basically they close down the street in your neighborhood and everyone on the block gets together for a big party. everyone brings alc everyone has a good time no one calls the cops to complain because the neighors are there partying with you

I like the track idea...friday to sunday isnt a bad idea. you knwo more about the track than I do though.

They sell $20 grills at Walmart that use a mini propane tank.
Use um alll the time at the campground.
