that 13.1 was basically from idle. he didnt launch it hard. his reaction was probably bad and he probably didn have all the mods he said he did them. even then i know of a firebird that would toast that. get your facts straight before flaming please.
ummm i think your mistaken but in drag racing reaction is everything. if you launch hard and on time your gonna have low #'s for that cars abilities.

the "clock" does not start until you cross the line. Sooooo, I can sit there after the light falls for like 30 seconds and still run a 10.90......reaction time has nothing to do with ET It only dictates who crosses the line first

Did any of you go to his web site where Chris made correction to the interview? Umm who watch the 13.1 @ 120 pass? That 13 pass is more like a mid 11 pass. 120 mph is fast. Who care what his e.t. is that car is making power. He maybe a tool but that TA is pretty fast either way you slice it. i have seen 13.1 e.t.s with a 103 pass so lets use the brian and look what a car can do at 120? LOL !!!

If i had alot of money, thats what i would do. 500hp from the factory, then think if you twin turbo charged it! It would probably be around 1000hp or more!

That is true your reaction could be 40 secs. and your ET could still be 10.3 or whatever .
I just watched the whole interview, he didnt "blow the doors off of the Supra" lmao I dont think the car is 10.3 fast, and he said "The segment was taped on a blown motor running 6cyls" why would you just drive around with a blown motor, thats doesnt sound to smart.

It doesn't really matter, cause the LS1 guy is still a total tool, and still totally full of ****.
Why the hell would he back down from a race? Christ, like I said, with 643 RWHP on a street tune he doesn't have much to be afraid of. Hell, he still has room to tune the KB for more power, and add a 75 shot on top of that. At that point, its almost too much power for the street. How are you gonna get traction?
Unless you like to drive around on the street with slicks on, anything over 700 RWHP is just about usless on the street. Hell, you'd be smoking off the tires in 4th gear at full throttle.
