Hello All,

I am new to the Shelby GT500 Mustang scene and would appreciate your input on what exhaust to go with, along with other initial mods to make. Since it is a convertible, I don't think the SLP LoudMouth is the way to go, but I do like aggressive. I have the Random Tech on my Corvette and love it.

Tell mw what you like for mufflers, and what CAI (and tune) I should go with, and why? Thanks, I really appreciate the help!

PS I like to support forum companies too, but suggestions on where to buy would help, along with price and what I should pay.

I have the K&N CAI and Ford Racing 49state Axle backs. Makes 521 at the wheels with a custom tune from a local shop here. As a general concensus though, I think a lot of the owners are going with the JLT intiake and tune from Evolution performance. They have an assload of goodies for our cars. There prices are on the site and are not unreasonable. aif yuou do go with the FRPP exhust like mine, don't pay retail. Should be about half of that.
