Default 94 5.0

Got a couple of questions if you have time please help me!!

1. 13.50 is my goal what are the keys?
2. At high RPM especially 4th gear the shfter vibrates profusely, is that normal.
3. What is the estimated horsepower and1/4 mile time for a 94 5.0 with full exhuast (true dual style with shorty headers) and CAI?
4.Is the 302 as sturdy as the 351 windsor when it comes to nitrous?
5. The person whoI bought the car from lowered it now it looks like an import can the camber be adjusted positve.
6. what are the best plugs to use so that i can run solid with mid grade, ( premium is a lil over 3.50/gal in seattle area.)

if ou can provide me with some help in these areas I will greatly appreciate it.

1) Keys are traction and power. For a low 13, look for high 200's hp on street tires, and mid 200's on drag radials. Do a head and cam swap on your car and you'll be there.
2) No.
3) Probably 210 whp. Spend the $30 and put the car on a dyno to find out for sure.
4) Depends on how much N2O you want to run.
5) ? (I'm not a suspension guy)
6) Plugs won't determine what type of gas you can run. Timing will. If you're stock timing and it's not 100F outside and your not beating the piss out of your car, you can run 87 octane. All depends on knock.
