Goto Road and Track New York Auto Show! Dumping SVT my ASS! I have a standing order to get the first one! To all of you dumb asses from the previous post, it is going to be a 2006 model and is already being manufacturered!

The price is going to be around $42,000! 450+ HP (under ratted) they will only make about 7,000 a year and are also going to making a sportrac via SVT!

Really???? And as a car dealer you are aware of this how???? My company works very closly with Fords power train group and they say all the components are already being produced dumb ASS!

I think he was talking about me Blank. Apparently he lives on a very remote island and does not get the most basic news coming out of Detroit. Especially since Ford announced it is a 2007 model going on sale in the summer of 2006.

ekim i'm not saying this to be a jerk i swear i'm not but the parts are in production the cars are not. in your first post you said that it was already being manufactured. leading readers to believe that the car was the it in question. the parts have to be in production prior to the car being in production.

The price seems to be creeping up monthly. Just a couple months ago the car was reported to base in the mid-high 30's. Last month they were saying 40k, now there are saying 42k. I'm quite sure they aren't done yet, and it will probably be at least 45k or more by purchase time, not counting the 'dealer adjustment charge'.

I was at the NY auto show and spoke directly to the rep and he said that it will be released in summer 06' as an 07'! I also have an deposit down in one stating that it is an 07'! Are you sure about your info???
