Always upgrade your fuel system as an insurance policy. Forged pistons are a good idea, which you already have if its a 90. I hand picked different parts from different systems but thats just because I have too much time on my hands. LOL A 190 or 255 lph pump is a good idea, Use a throttle switch so you dont have to mess with buttons. I prefer a dry kit. (had a little mishap, ok a BIG mishap with the wet kit!) Using a nitrous control unit or an RPM window switch makes it just about worry free. And always use a purge kit because it looks cool. With the dry kit Ive shot as much as 200 hp with no problems.

With a wet kit, unused fuel builds up in your intake because it has a tough time passing over the rough inside surface of the runners. So it sits there and this create the risk of a HUGE explosion during a backfire.(Ask me how I know that) to make a long story short, I blew a hole in the mass air meter, bent the butterfly in the throttle body so bad it dug into the housing and I couldnt push the gas pedal down, and it lifted the intake clean off the motor and stretched all the bolts. That was my last time with the wet kit.

what kind of a wet kit was it? how big of a shot were u running? what size gas jets did u have in? i have the 75 shot jets in right now and have been told as long as u don't have the nozzle down around the mass air (so it doesn't puddle up b/c it's haveing to run uphill to the T.B.) that u will have no problems; and that a wet kit is the safe way to go.

I had the nozzle right in front of the throttle body. It was a 100 shot and the fuel pooled up inside the upper.
