Just bought a 95 v6 manual: The heater/Airconditioning only blows through the defrost The windshield wipers stay on constantly Tried a new wiper/turnsignal switch = same thing Tried a new HVAC panel = same thing I'm thinkin the AC thing is vacuum related but not sure where to start or how to check

The most commom cause of this is the hose that goes though the firewall. The flapper that directs air is vavume controlled. Check right at the firewall. On the wipers you have a Wiper Control Module. This controls the wipers.

I always say, $75 ftw, dealer diagnose, no throwing electrical parts. Fords are tricky with electrical, if you are not experienced with a DVOM. I recall a AC Module from hell in a Ford Taurus, only to find it was getting 12-14 volts, but not enough AMPS. Wiring harness FTW ON THAT ONE.
