Default The drive up to Oakland

Well guys, Liz (Ernie's wife) picked me up from the airport yesterday around 1 pm to bring me to the shop to get my newly transformed car. When I got to the shop, the S7 and my car were sitting next to each other and I about hit the floor. Both cars just looked so damn good! I will be honest though, I can't see myself owning an S7...I couldnt physically get out of the car (tried three times) without stumbling/falling out. Anyways, my car left me short of air for a long time...I just couldnt stop looking at her!

It was now time to leave the shop and start my 500 mile journey up to Oakland. As a began driving, my looks were just shaking uncontrollably. It was like I just got a new car again (best feeling of your life). A lot of people gave looks before the transformation, but now EVERYONE looks over! While it was still light outside, people were snapping photos left and right as I drove through 3 hours of 10 mph traffic (I hate LA!). When it started to get dark outside, I would see people come flying up in the left lane and slam on their brakes as they approached my car. I swear when I say this, that not a SINGLE person passed my car without making sure I wasn't a cop first. I must say, it got a little old towards the end of the night when people would just hang right behind me with their lights in my side mirrors. I either had to hit the brakes so they could pass, or search for the gas pedal . My legs didnt stop shaking until the last 100 miles of thetrip.Anyways I am going to clean up the car either today or tomorrow and post some pics. Thanks for taking the time to read everyone!

Mickey

Sounds cool! So do you still have the lights on it? You'll get a lot more attention as barricade than you did with your previous configuration. Besides that...maybe the fuzz will cut you a break if you get pulled over since you're paying such a nice tribute to them by looking like them.
